Ed Sheeran<\/a> has revealed that he has already got another new album ready to go, ahead of releasing his next record, \u2018Play\u2019<\/a>, this week.<\/p>\n

The follow-up to 2023\u2019s \u2018Autumn Variations\u2019<\/a> is due to arrive this Friday (September 12), and will feature the singles \u2018A Little More\u2019<\/a>, \u2018Azizam\u2019<\/a>,\u00a0\u2018Old Phone\u2019<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0\u2018Sapphire\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sheeran previously revealed that his next four LPs would be titled \u2018Pause\u2019, \u2018Fast Forward\u2019, \u2018Rewind\u2019 and \u2018Stop\u2019<\/a>. He has also shared plans to record an album to be released after his death, \u2018Eject\u2019.<\/p>\n

These will follow his collection of albums inspired by mathematical symbols: \u2018Plus\u2019<\/a>, \u2018Multiply\u2019, \u2018Divide\u2019<\/a>, \u2018Subtract\u2019<\/a> and \u2018Equals\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now, Sheeran has been quoted by The Sun<\/em><\/a>\u2018s \u2018Bizarre\u2019 column as saying: \u201cI made \u2018Play\u2019 and \u2018Rewind\u2019 at the same time, and we finished \u2018Play\u2019 first because it felt like the most exciting one.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo \u2018Rewind\u2019 is, I\u2019d say, two months off being totally locked and loaded and ready to go.\u201d<\/p>\n
