However, this theory had a major flaw\u2014Norway doesn’t have a Four Seasons resort.<\/p>\n Other potential locations floated included Egypt and Mexico, according to sources speaking to Parade magazine. Both countries have Four Seasons properties that could provide the perfect backdrop for wealthy tourists behaving badly.<\/p>\n One location that seems unlikely? Anywhere cold. Producer David Bernad revealed on The Bill Simmons Podcast<\/a> that “Mike does not like the cold… he’s a California guy, he’s not built for the cold.
