MAYDAY PARADE<\/strong> have released a brand new single!<\/p>\n The new track, titled One Day At A Time<\/strong>, is the second single to be lifted from the band\u2019s upcoming album SAD<\/strong>, which is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Rise<\/strong> Records<\/strong>. The record marks the second instalment of their three-part album project celebrating the band\u2019s 20th anniversary, following on from Sweet<\/strong><\/a>, which was released back in April.<\/p>\n Speaking about the new song, guitarist Brooks Betts<\/strong> says it is, \u201ca song about growing through life and getting better as you go. Correcting the past mistakes and understanding that life changes and evolves. It\u2019s self-reflection and knowing that no one is perfect.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n One Day At A Time<\/strong> follows the previously released single Under My Sweater<\/strong>, an old-school emo anthem that nods to the sounds of early 2000s pop-punk.
