Shockingly, I don\u2019t consider the original 1979 The Amityville Horror to be the greatest in the series. In fact, the best Amityville movie didn\u2019t even make it to theaters in the United States.<\/p>\n

Randel infuses the movie with so much manic energy that you will never be bored. By the end, the walls of the house are being torn open to reveal the evil clock has spread its infernal gearwork into the home.<\/p>\n
