Nina Dobrev<\/strong><\/a> and Shaun White<\/strong><\/a> canceled their engagement days after she shared a photo of them in bed together.<\/p>\n

\u201cSummer doesn\u2019t officially end until September 22nd FYI \ud83c\udf1e,\u201d Dobrev, 36, captioned an Instagram\u00a0post<\/a> on Saturday, September 5, which included highlights from the last few months including her getaways.<\/p>\n

The social media post featured a selfie of Dobrev and White, 39, in bed. Dobrev\u2019s upload came less than a week before Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed their split<\/a> after five years.<\/p>\n

Dobrev and White originally sparked romance rumors in February 2020 and Us<\/em> broke the news about them dating two months later. A source later told Us<\/em> that Dobrev and White were committed to a future together.<\/p>\n

The pair often discussed how they navigated a long-distance relationship.<\/a><\/p>\n

Anything that happens in between, then I\u2019ll jet over and see her. You just make it work.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cI think that\u2019s the goal of it all and the key to it all is just making the time. [Nina\u2019s] super organized and on top of it, so I give it to her. She always finds a way to make it happen.\u201d<\/p>\n
