GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Noah Hunton, a rising country artist from Ocala, will release a new single titled \u201cFlorida is Home.\u201d He gave TV20 viewers a preview on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Hunton and songwriter Mike Geirer joined TV20\u2019s Kristin Chase at noon to explain the inspiration behind the music. <\/p>\n

\u201cMy wife came to me one morning and said, \u2018Honey, we\u2019re clearing the calendar. We need to write a song about Florida because it\u2019s just fantastic being here,\u201d said Geirer.<\/p>\n

Hunton is traveling the country on his Small Town Truth tour.<\/p>\n
