On September 11, the Kiss of the Spider Woman<\/i> actress, 55, posted sultry Instagram photos <\/a>that appeared to be from inside the mega-mansion\u2019s dressing room, per\u00a0Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>, raising eyebrows about why she hasn\u2019t moved on from their former marital home.<\/p>\n \u201cJennifer is staying there because she still owns it so why not?\u201d a source told the outlet in a report published on Thursday, September 11. \u201cAlso, her new house in Hidden Hills is undergoing renovations so it would not be comfortable to move in yet.\u201d<\/p>\n The Hidden Hills property, which Lopez reportedly scooped up in March<\/a>, is a gated\u00a0 8,600-square-foot mansion that sits on two-acres and boasts five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and luxury amenities including a wet bar, home theater and massage room.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom Bel Air estate, where Lopez is cozily perched, has been on and off the market for over a year since publicly listing it in July 2024.<\/p>\n But, there\u2019s drama: Affleck, 53, is very motivated to sell and wants to lower the price \u2014 but Lopez is dragging her feet, sources recently told TMZ<\/i>.<\/a><\/p>\n As Globe<\/em> readers know, the exes \u2014 who officially finalized their divorce in January 2025 \u2014 previously slashed the price to $59.5 million, before taking it off the market<\/a> in May.<\/p>\n Per TMZ<\/em>\u2019s report, realtors feel that Lopez and Affleck need to drop the price by at least 15 percent if they want to offload it.
