Tim Allen<\/strong><\/a> and Jenna Elfman<\/strong><\/a>‘s onscreen romance was the main focus of the Shifting Gears season 2 trailer, which featured a sex joke and a surprising reaction from Last Man Standing alum Nancy Travis.<\/strong><\/p>\n ABC started airing the first look<\/a> at the hit sitcom, which picks up after Matt<\/a> (Allen) and Eve (Elfman) share a kiss. Instead, in the last moments of the finale, Eve surprised Matt with a kiss.<\/p>\n “I will say that it is really interesting to watch them,” showrunner Michelle Nader<\/strong> exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month about the season 2 dynamic. “It’s interesting to watch their relationship develop, and so they’re going to go into high gear \u2014 but it’s going to be a little bit of a roller-coaster.”<\/p>\n Elfman, 53, also spoke to Us about how thrilled she is to get to return to the show.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/span><\/div>\n
