David Lynch<\/a>\u2019s Hollywood Hills compound has hit the market. Its asking price? $15 million.<\/p>\n

Lynch<\/a>, who died in January, lived on the 2.5-acre estate for over 35 years, and created \u201cMulholland Drive\u201d and \u201cLost Highway,\u201d and many more of his works there.<\/p>\n

According to listing agent Marc Silver<\/a> of The Agency<\/a> Beverly Hills<\/a>, the Beverly Johnson house was designed in 1963 by Lloyd Wright<\/a>, son of Frank Lloyd Wright<\/a>. Recognized by Historic Places LA as an excellent example of mid-century modern\/organic residential architecture, the house \u201cembodies the drama of hillside modernism with bold geometry, walls of glass, and a seamless flow between indoors and out.\u201d<\/p>\n

After buying the initial property, Lynch expanded and acquired the two neighboring residences on Senalda Drive, including the site of Asymmetrical Productions<\/a>, his production company.<\/p>\n

His home featured both a private editing suite and screening room. Lynch later commissioned Eric Lloyd Wright<\/a> in 1991 to design the pool and pool house.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
