It\u2019s about dancing through heartbreak. It\u2019s raw and empowering, with a playful, voyeuristic point of view.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHere All Night\u201d will appear on Lovato\u2019s forthcoming ninth album alongside her recent single \u201cFast.\u201d<\/a> Lovato tapped Zhone \u2014 the music maker behind \u201cSomeone for Me\u201d by Kylie Minogue, \u201cRush<\/a>\u201d by Troye Sivan, and \u201cJoyride<\/a>\u201d by Kesha \u2014 to executive-produce the project.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been so inspiring working with Demi and experiencing her journey of continued leveling up,\u201d Zhone told\u00a0Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a>\u00a0about their work together. \u201cShe is such a master in the studio. This album is about letting inhibitions go, and we had so much fun making this music! It really comes across throughout.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier this week, Lovato discussed her new era of music during an appearance<\/a> on the Just Trish<\/em> podcast. \u201cWhere I\u2019m at today, my music is a huge reflection of where I\u2019m at,\u201d Lovato explained on the podcast. \u201cI\u2019m feeling more confident in my skin. I am in a really great place in my life. I\u2019m happy, I\u2019m in love, and that was part of the reason why I started making this music. The last album I made was\u00a0Holy Fvck<\/em>, and it was rock. It was very emotionally charged. It was, you know, there was anger and there was angst and sadness, and I\u2019m just not in that place anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n She added that despite finishing her ninth LP, she has already started recording more songs. \u201c[This] was a big year for me, but I\u2019m so inspired creatively right now that I\u2019m already back in the studio,\u201d the singer said. \u201cI\u2019m not taking a break. I\u2019m so inspired and hungry for more music, because I feel like I tapped into something that feels really good and I want to chase that. I was in the studio yesterday, and I\u2019m in the studio again on Friday and I\u2019m just going to continue to work.
