Pinstripes<\/a>, the restaurant chain featuring bowling and bocce, has filed for bankruptcy and subsequently closed 10 of its stores. <\/p>\n The entertainment venue based in the midwest has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Court documents<\/a> filed this week state that Pinstripes has amassed about $258 million in debt with only around $163 million in assets.<\/p>\n \u201cWe know the past week has been difficult, and we thank you for your patience and support as we move through this transition,\u201d the company said in a statement<\/a> posted to Instagram.<\/p>\n They also specified that eight locations will remain open: San Mateo, California; Northbrook, Illinois; Oak Brook, Illinois; South Barrington, Illinois; Bethesda, Maryland; Cleveland, Ohio; Edina, Minnesota; Georgetown, D.C. <\/p>\n Pinstripe gift cards will still be usable at the remaining locations, though new gift cards will not be sold, according to court documents<\/a>.<\/p>\n If you are unable to visit one of the open locations, you may file a proof of claim to receive the money back here<\/a>. <\/p>\n If you purchase a product or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
