Though Bryan Cranston may have drowned the world in drugs as Walter White<\/a> on perhaps one of the greatest shows ever made, Breaking Bad, the actor did not seem to have a lot of drug experience outside the screen.<\/p>\n Cranston revealed that he tried mushrooms for the first time on Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg\u2019s widely acclaimed The Studio. Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel, the actor revealed what happened on his first shrooms trip.<\/p>\n When speaking to Jimmy Kimmel<\/a>, the subject eventually arrived at Cranston trying shrooms. The veteran actor told the Talk Show host that he actually had not tried the psychedelic drug till this time on The Studio.<\/p>\n \u201cI hadn\u2019t until The Studio came along,\u201d he told Kimmel, \u201cSo I\u2019m playing this character who is wiped out, and I had never had any experience in that. Not many drugs at all, as a matter of fact. So I didn\u2019t know really how to behave. I was asking Seth Rogen and Ike Barinholtz, \u2018You guys are huge druggies. What can you tell me?\u2019 And he said,\u2019 You would start out with microdosing.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Ultimately, Cranston was explained the concept of microdosing, and he decided to try it for himself.<\/p>\n \u201cWe all decided to go to the Sphere to see the Grateful Dead,\u201d Cranston recalled, \u201cIf God wasn\u2019t telling me to do microdosing, what was he telling me? So Catherine O\u2019Hara and I were clutching each other like, \u2018You going to try it? We\u2019ll try it together.\u2019 We were nervous, and Ike Barinholtz was our drug dealer. Can I say that? He said, \u2018I\u2019ll take care of you.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n They ended up consuming a tiny dose of shrooms in tiny chocolates. But to his disappointment, nothing really happened to him.<\/p>\n Cranson revealed, \u201cI took it. Nothing,\u2026I didn\u2019t feel anything. It felt like maybe I took three sips of wine. It was nothing. Nothing! \u2026 Now I\u2019m angry.\u201d<\/p>\n So, the Breaking Bad star\u2019s<\/a> first shrooms experience ended up being anticlimactic for him. Though he did portray the character of Griffin Mill on a heavy dose of mushrooms to perfection.<\/p>\n The series will go in with high hopes at this year\u2019s Primetime Emmy Awards.
