Elton John<\/strong> just gave his fans quite the scare after a photo in the hospital had people speculating.<\/p>\n On Friday, September 12, the iconic musician took to Instagram<\/a> to share a series of photos of him wearing a gown in what appears to be a hospital. The first photo showed him with bedazzled casts on his legs and a neck brace while laying in a bed surrounded by people.<\/p>\n \u201cRocked too hard\u2026 ended up in a cast! Backstage with Spinal Tap,\u201d Elton shared in his caption. \u201cThe new film, Spinal Tap II, and album are out today, featuring me on \u2018Listen To The Flower People\u2019 and \u2018Stonehenge\u2019. Thanks for having me be a part of it!\u201d Other photos in the round-up showed a behind the scenes look at the production, including a white board with procedures written, a look through a viewfinder, as well as close-up of the bedazzled casts Elton wore on his legs.<\/p>\n It\u2019s safe to say the pics riled up the internet, who sounded off in the comments.<\/p>\n \u201cELTON DONT SCARE US LIKE THAT,\u201d one fan demanded.<\/p>\n Another shared, \u201cI\u2019m at the airport and my heart sank so quickly JESUS.\u201d<\/p>\n After others jumped in \u2014 who presumably didn\u2019t read the caption and thought the \u201cRocketman\u201d singer was ill \u2014 some clarified the situation.<\/p>\n \u201cPEOPLE…..he is not actually in the hospital?
