Mac DeMarco<\/a> was the musical guest on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert last night (September 11), where he played \u201cShining,\u201d from his new album, Guitar<\/a>. Backed by his four-piece band, DeMarco sang and rocked from side to side as a screen played gentle footage of galloping horses. Saddle up below.<\/p>\n

Guitar was led by the singles \u201cHome<\/a>,\u201d \u201cHoly<\/a>,\u201d and \u201cPhantom<\/a>.\u201d DeMarco last took the Colbert stage<\/a> in 2017, joining then-bandleader Jon Batiste<\/a> to perform \u201cOne Another,\u201d from his album This Old Dog<\/a>. He recently kicked off a world tour<\/a> that will continue through May of 2026, with stops in North and South America, Asia, and Europe.<\/p>\n
