(NYSE: MSGE) (the “Company” or “MSG Entertainment”) today announced that the Company repurchased 623,271 shares of MSGE Class A common stock at an average price of $40.11 per share for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $25 million from August 20, 2025 through September 11, 2025. The share repurchases were funded using cash on hand.<\/p>\n Since the Company was spun off from Sphere Entertainment Co. in April 2023, the Company has repurchased 6,106,239 shares of MSGE Class A common stock for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $205 million.
