Before these stars’ careers could reach today’s lofty heights, they had to go sky high.<\/p>\n

Quite literally, as many of the stars from the Disney<\/a> superhero movie Sky High have seen their careers\u00a0soar\u00a0in the 20 years since the movie\u2019s July 2005 release in theater. (Yes, 20 years. We also feel old.)<\/p>\n

The movie followed high school students with superpowered abilities as they\u2019re sorted into either superheroes or sidekicks, depending on the magnitude of their powers. When Will Stronghold (played by Michael Angarano<\/strong>) enters as a freshman, he\u2019s expected to become a superstar\u2014after all, his parents Steve Stronghold (Kurt Russell<\/strong><\/a>) and Josie Stronghold (the late Kelly Preston<\/strong><\/a>) are some of the most famous superheroes around.<\/p>\n

So, it\u2019s to everyone\u2019s surprise when Will, whose abilities haven\u2019t quite manifested yet, is sorted into the \u201cHero Support\u201d side of the school\u2014a.k.a., he\u2019s a sidekick.<\/p>\n

But while the categorization feels like an embarrassment to the Stronghold name, Will soon finds a group of unlikely friends\u2014and eventual heroes\u2014among his fellow sidekicks, including glow-in-the-dark Zach, played by none other than Nicholas Braun<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
