The sportscaster and host admitted to having \u201cmarried the wrong people, plural.\u201d Talking about her previous relationships, she emphasized that her past experiences have pretty much shaped her current outlook on marriage \u2014 and family planning.<\/p>\n As per Daily Express US<\/a>, Thompson\u2019s first marriage happened when she was 25. It was a brief union with an unknown person. Her second spouse was baseball agent Kyle Thousand, whom she married in 2020. The marriage lasted for 2 years, but also ended in divorce. Exposure to such circumstances in her personal life left a lasting impression on her. Ultimately, it solidified her current attitude towards love and marriage.<\/p>\n Charissa is now dating Steven Cundari, a marketing executive based in Los Angeles. The relationship became public by 2022. Thompson has re-affirmed that she has absolutely no plans of marrying again. \u201cNo marriage for me,\u201d she shared with Kelce on her podcast. She added, \u201d Just being with a man who is kind and doesn\u2019t take from me is commitment enough for me.\u201d<\/p>\n She also remarked on having kids, and clarified why she chooses not to. \u201cI always wanted to have kids. I mean I grew up, and I was the nanny, I babysat the neighbor kids when I was 11 years old.\u201d, she said. She went on, \u201cI always had this idea that I was going to have kids \u2013 three boys and one girl.\u201d However, when her marriages did not work out, she re-thought her desires.<\/p>\n In fact, Thompson believes that bringing up a kid in an unstable environment is not fair. She conversed with Kylie further, saying, \u201cIf I can\u2019t control the outcomes of these marriages, at least I can control that that I\u2019m not going to bring up a child into the world and share that child if we separate.\u201d Kylie Kelcie who understands the pressure of public relationships, called her decision \u201crational.\u201d<\/p>\n Thompson is focused on her own peace of mind right now.
