Travis Kelce<\/strong> proposed to Taylor Swift<\/strong> in August, but it’s something he’s been planning for months. On the Sept. 12 episode of the Pardon My Take podcast<\/a>, host and Kelce pal Andrew Santino shared that Kelce said that he wanted to pop the question earlier this year.<\/p>\n “We had golfed together in like April or May, and yeah, he said he was doing it, but he didn\u2019t say when,” Santino said. “But I don\u2019t pry. We didn\u2019t talk about it. \u2026 He\u2019s brought something up about it, and then I never asked again.”<\/p>\n After Kelce got down on one knee, Santino FaceTimed with him and Swift to congratulate them. Interestingly, however, Santino doesn’t think he’ll make the guest list for the couple’s upcoming nuptials.<\/p>\n “I don\u2019t think I got that invite. I\u2019m not on that list, dude,” he said, adding, “Travis is my boy, I love him to death, [but] I highly doubt it. Maybe I\u2019ll catch a bachelor party invite.”<\/p>\n Kelce and Swift got engaged after recording an episode of the New Heights podcast, marking Swift’s official first podcast appearance.
