Denise Richards<\/strong>\u2019 ex Aaron Phypers<\/strong> brought cameras into the Calabasas, California, home he once shared with the Wild Things<\/em> star \u2014 and the footage is shocking.<\/p>\n On Thursday, September 11, Inside Edition<\/em><\/a> aired a segment in which Phyphers showed them Richards\u2019 rental property in complete disarray. Footage showed rooms \u2014 which appeared to be trashed \u2014 surrounded by junk, containers, clothes and more. Some rooms had stained rugs, while the bathroom counter was jam-packed with makeup.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vintage clothing in here,\u201d Phyphers, 52, explained as he showed off a closet overcome by clothes. \u201cIt is riddled with moths.\u201d<\/p>\n Phyphers said that he\u2019s not allowed to touch her belongings, so he is living downstairs with his parents, his brother and 15 dogs. \u201cShe has a thing with dogs,\u201d he explained of his ex. \u201cI don\u2019t know if it\u2019s hoarding, it\u2019s something.\u201d<\/p>\n According to documents obtained by People<\/em><\/a>, Richards, 54, claims she hasn\u2019t lived in the house in two years, and that Aaron told her his family would be moving to Canada. She also alleged that they\u2019re the ones who\u00a0 \u201cseverely damaged the property.\u201d<\/p>\n The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> alum \u2014 who has accused her ex of domestic abuse<\/a> \u2014 also revealed that the landlord has begun the eviction process due to unpaid rent, and asked that he vacate the property so she can retrieve her belongings or her dogs without violating her restraining order against him.<\/p>\n According to Inside Edition<\/em>, a judge approved Richards\u2019 request to return to the home on September 13 to collect things.<\/p>\n As Star<\/em> previously reported, the divorce appeared to get nasty<\/a> soon after Phypers filed for divorce in July. He accused her of cheating and pill popping<\/a>, while she accused him of choking and slapping her, and giving her a black eye, which he\u2019s denied.<\/p>\n \u201cI did not ever cause any black eye, bruise or anything,\u201d Phypers told Inside Edition<\/em>. \u201cShe\u2019s upset.
