Wednesday stars Jenna Ortega<\/a> and Catherine Zeta-Jones<\/a> presented the award to The Pitt<\/a> star, who earned her first Emmy from her first nom for her role as nurse Dana Evans<\/a> in the HBO Max medical drama.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, I am so proud and honored to receive this award from the Academy,\u201d Lanasa said while accepting the honor. \u201cMy whole career I wanted to work for John Wells<\/a>, and he elevates everything in his wake. John, I\u2019m so much better when you\u2019re around, mostly because I don\u2019t want to get fired.
