TYLER, Texas (KETK<\/a>) \u2013 The 13th annual Tyler Film Festival recognized several talented filmmakers and actors from across the state and around the globe on Saturday.<\/p>\n The Latest: The Emmy Awards honor the best in television <\/a><\/p>\n Audiences and filmmakers gathered at Liberty Theater in Tyler on Saturday for this year\u2019s award ceremony.
