Most poignant lesson from the past year: <\/b>The biggest lesson for me has been the importance of resilience and clarity during times of transformation. Overseeing a complex renovation while maintaining a full event schedule taught me that success lies in clear communication, collaboration and a shared sense of purpose. New facilities are not simply bullet points for change, but rather they are keystones to high-level organizational transformation. While change is responsive and drives solutions, transformation is future leaning and evolutionary. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
