Justin Bieber<\/a> and Hailey Bieber know exactly which values they hope to model for their 1-year-old son, Jack Blues.<\/p>\n In an Instagram post on Monday (Sept. 15), the pop star shared a photo of the code of ethics he hopes to abide by with his wife and son as they raise their family. Typed out on a framed white sheet of paper titled \u201cThe Bieber Family,\u201d the first of 10 rules dictates, \u201cWe value Rest as Worship.\u201d<\/p>\n More from Billboard<\/strong><\/p>\n The rest of the list emphasizes the importance of longevity, sustainability and serving humanity, or \u201cmaking people feel like they can fly,\u201d in the Bieber household. One rule reads, \u201cWe value INNOVATION and moving the human experience forward,\u201d while another says, \u201cWe value Generosity and graciously giving time, money and respect to people on our path.\u201d<\/p>\n The list ends with the Bieber family\u2019s mindset toward others. \u201cWe value HUMAN beings and believe in their dignity and eternal worth.\u201d<\/p>\n The post comes shortly after Justin and the Rhode founder\u2019s son celebrated his 1st birthday this past August. On Instagram<\/a> at the time, Hailey shared a photo of herself and her firstborn and wrote, \u201c1 year of you my beautiful boy. Happy 1st Birthday Jack Blues, you are joy personified.\u201d<\/p>\n Both Hailey and Jack have been key parts of the rollout for Justin\u2019s Swag <\/em>albums, the first of which dropped in July followed by a sequel earlier in September.
