Row K Entertainment has picked up the U.S. rights to Charlie Harper<\/a><\/em>, the romance movie starring\u00a0CODA<\/em>\u00a0breakout Emilia Jones<\/a> and\u00a0Nick Robinson<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe indie, directed by Tom Dean and Mac Eldridge, had its world premiere at this year\u2019s Toronto Film Festival<\/a>. Row K, the theatrical distribution arm of Media Capital Technologies that launched in August 2025, earlier nabbed the North American<\/a> rights to Gus Van Sant\u2019s \u00a0Dead Man\u2019s Wire\u00a0<\/em>after a world premiere in Venice and a North American premiere at TIFF<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tCharlie Harper<\/a><\/em>\u00a0centers on Charlie (Robinson) and Harper (Jones), two young adults who fall in love while navigating their early 20s and discover themselves both as individuals and as a couple. The film reunites Picture Perfect Federation\u2019s\u00a0Patrick Wachsberger with Temple Hill Entertainment after their partnership on the\u00a0Twilight<\/em>\u00a0franchise.<\/p>\n

\n\tProducers also include Wyck Godfrey, Isaac Klausner, Laura Quicksilver, Ashley Stern and Mallory Edens. Wesley R. Edens, Pascal Breton, Lionel Uzan, Marty Bowen and Ashley Farrell share executive producer credits.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cTom and Mac have crafted a captivating feature with\u00a0Charlie Harper, brought to life by powerful performances from Nick Robinson and Emilia Jones,\u201d MCT principals and Row K co-chairman Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh said in a statement on Monday.<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this year, Charlie Harper <\/em>was sold to<\/a> a host of international markets after being first shopped in Cannes. \u201cRow K\u2019s commitment to distributing exceptional storytelling to wide audiences makes them the perfect home for this film,\u201d producer Edens, founder of Little Ray Media, said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe U.S. distribution deal was negotiated by UTA Independent Film Group, Picture Perfect Federation and Little Ray Media for the filmmakers, while Andrew Kramer of Willkie Farr & Gallagher represented Row K on the transaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
