Aerosmith<\/a> and Yungblud<\/a> are teasing an upcoming collaborative single, \u2018My Only Angel\u2019 \u2013 check out a snippet of the upcoming song below.<\/p>\n Earlier this month (September 7), Aerosmith\u2019s Steven Tyler<\/a> and Joe Perry joined forces with Yungblud to pay tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne<\/a> at the 2025 MTV VMAs<\/a>. Following the performance, Aerosmith and Yungblud shared a curious clip on social media suggesting they had a \u201csecret\u201d.<\/p>\n In the clip, Yungblud and Steven Tyler are seen embracing, before Tyler gloats: \u201cWe got a secret and nobody knows it.\u201d<\/p>\n Now, they\u2019ve finally revealed that they\u2019ve cooked up a single titled \u2018My Only Angel\u2019. While the track has yet to receive a release date, they\u2019ve shared a snippet that\u2019s sure to send chills down your spine.<\/p>\n \u201cWill you cry \/ if I called you my angel \/ gotta leave, gotta leave, gotta leave you one more time<\/em>,\u201d they sing together. Yungblud then gives Tyler a quick kiss on the cheek before Tyler turns to him and says cheerily: \u201cNice! Fuckin\u2019 a, shit. Hallelujah!\u201d<\/p>\n The upcoming single will mark the first original tune that Aerosmith have worked on in over a decade \u2013 their last release was 2012\u2019s \u2018Music From Another Dimension!\u2019. While the band have since retired from touring earlier than planned due to Tyler injuring his voice<\/a>, Aerosmith have been rather coy about releasing new music. It is currently unknown of \u2018My Only Angel\u2019 will serve as a one-off single, or if will be part of a larger record from either act.<\/p>\n Yungblud\u2019s team-up with Aerosmith at the MTV VMAs<\/a> received praise from most viewers \u2013 except The Darkness\u2019 Dan Hawkins, who called them \u201cbellends\u201d<\/a>. Ariana Grande, however, was captured gawking in awe at their Ozzy tribute<\/a>.<\/p>\n For the performance, Yungblud kicked things off with a cover of Ozzy\u2019s \u2018Crazy Train\u2019 and Black Sabbath\u2019s \u2018Changes\u2019, while Steven Tyler and Joe Perry joined him to close out the tribute with \u2018Mama, I\u2019m Coming Home\u2019.<\/p>\n Yungblud was a part of the \u2018Back To The Beginning\u2019 Black Sabbath farewell show<\/a>\u00a0in Birmingham in July, an event that took on extra poignancy when Osbourne died less than three weeks later. Yungblud led a supergroup that also included Bettencourt, as well as II from\u00a0Sleep Token<\/a>\u00a0and Adam Wakeman of Ozzy Osbourne\u2019s solo band.<\/p>\n They performed the Sabbath ballad \u2018Changes\u2019<\/a>, and after Osbourne\u2019s death,\u00a0Yungblud vowed to play the song at every show \u201cfor the rest of my life\u201d<\/a>, adding: \u201cTo sing this song for you at an event surrounded by legends inspired by you to a crowd who loved you was truly my life\u2019s greatest honour.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\n
