Rapper and pop star Lil Nas X is in treatment after being arrested<\/a> on felony charges last month. <\/p>\n That\u2019s according to the star\u2019s lawyers, who said during a court hearing Monday that Nas X, a.k.a. Montero Hill, is currently being treated at an undisclosed facility outside of California.<\/p>\n Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Shellie Samuels said Hill can stay out of state as long as he remains in treatment, according to Rolling Stone<\/a>.<\/p>\n Judge Samuels also modified the conditions of Hill\u2019s release to allow for ongoing inpatient care.<\/p>\n \u201cYou heard the \u2018treatment\u2019 word. We\u2019re doing what is best for Montero from a personal standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly, for his well-being,\u201d Hill\u2019s lawyer, Drew Findling, said to a Rolling Stone reporter after the hearing. \u201cHe is surrounded by an amazing family, an amazing team of people that care about him and love him. And we\u2019re just addressing those issues. It\u2019s really as simple as that. He\u2019s had a great life, and he\u2019ll continue to have a great life. This is a bump that he\u2019s going to get over.\u201d<\/p>\n Hill was arrested on Aug. 21 after he was found roaming along Ventura Boulevard wearing only underwear and boots. Police took him to a hospital for a possible overdose and he spent the following weekend in jail.<\/p>\n He was charged with battery and resisting a law enforcement officer. He was released from prison after posting $75,000 bail.<\/p>\n \u201cYour girl is gonna be OK, y\u2019all,\u201d Hill said in a video posted to Instagram<\/a> several days later. \u201cShe\u2019s gonna be all right. … That was [expletive] terrifying. That was terrifying. That was a terrifying last four days.
