Aerosmith<\/a> have joined forces with Doncaster rocker Yungblud<\/a> for their first new song in 13 years. <\/p>\n

The Boston rock legends have posted a one-minute preview of a euphoric rock song called \u2018My Only Angel\u2019 to their YouTube channel, and it sees Steven Tyler<\/a> trade vocals with Yungblud with great gusto. <\/p>\n

Alongside the audio, Aerosmith and Yungblud have released a video teaser from the recording studio. In the clip, Yungblud \u2013 real name Dominic Harrison \u2013 plants a kiss on Steven Tyler\u2019s cheek after they share the mic together. <\/p>\n

A whooping, jubilant Steven Tyler then says to the camera, “Nice! Good! F—in’ A! Hallelujah!” <\/p>\n

\u2018My Only Angel\u2019 is Aerosmith\u2019s first new studio material since their 2012 album \u2018Music from Another Dimension!\u2019. It\u2019s currently unclear when exactly the full version of the track will premiere. <\/p>\n

The song tease comes just over a week after Yungblud joined forces with Aerosmith\u2019s Steven Tyler and Joe Perry at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York to perform Ozzy Osbourne<\/a>\u2019s \u2018Mama, I\u2019m Coming Home\u2019. <\/p>\n

Extreme\u2019s Nuno Bettencourt and Black Sabbath\/Ozzy keyboardist Adam Wakeman also performed with Yungblud as part of the Ozzy Osbourne tribute, and the seven-minute medley opened with \u2018Crazy Train\u2019 and \u2018Changes\u2019. <\/p>\n

Mimicking Yungblud\u2019s headbanging while holding the microphone stand at one point, Justin quipped: “It’s like you\u2019ve watched a movie about rock and metal. I suppose it\u2019s more like what a male stripper would do with heavy metal music playing. It doesn\u2019t ring authentic. <\/p>\n

“It\u2019s really 101 School of Rock stuff, you know? It\u2019s just the latest in a long line of \u2013 I\u2019m sorry to say it \u2013 poseurs.” <\/p>\n

Later, Justin added of Yungblud’s performance: “It\u2019s rock n’ roll, but not as we know it. It kind of has this Disney veneer over the top of it, like it’s rock n’ roll seen through an Instagram filter of some sort. That\u2019s what makes it galling I think for people who have tweeted to voice disdain.” <\/p>\n

“For seven minutes, the world is looking at rock and this is what we\u2019ve given them,” he also stated.<\/p>\n
