Urman has had an overall deal with CBS Studios since 2012 \u2014 she and McNamara have worked together plenty.<\/p>\n McNamara exited Paramount Global<\/a> officially as the head of Paramount<\/a>+ originals in 2021. Months after, she joined Spotify<\/a> as head of its U.S. studios and video. There, McNamara licensed podcasts from Alex Cooper<\/a>, Dax Shepard<\/a>, Joe Rogan<\/a>, Jordan Peele<\/a> and Trevor Noah<\/a>; she left that job in May 2024.
