Ken Jennings<\/strong><\/a> is going through what a lot of parents are right now, and he’s sharing his experience with fans. <\/p>\n On September 10, the Jeopardy!<\/a><\/em> host surprised his followers by sharing an emotional update in regard to his family. Posting photos of a bedroom with a painted mural on Instagram<\/a>, Ken revealed his daughter Caitlin<\/strong> (whom he shares with his wife Mindy<\/a><\/strong>, along with the couple’s son Dylan<\/strong>) had started her freshman year of college earlier in the month. As a result, the TV personality and his wife were now emptynesters for the first time. <\/p>\n “Child 2-of-2 has headed off to college, so we are officially out of kids,” he wrote in the caption. “The vacated bedroom is now a weird liminal space, which is sad. But on the plus side: for the first time in years, it\u2019s clean enough in there to enjoy the old childhood murals I painted. They\u2019re pretty fun! Aaaaand probably getting painted over. \ud83d\ude41.”<\/p>\n
