Jeff Probst<\/a><\/strong> knows what it takes to be a Survivor<\/a><\/strong>. After all, he\u2019s only had 25 years of practice watching people outwit, outplay, and outlast one another. Could he possibly take all the knowledge and put it into practice on another duplicitous reality competition show? He thinks so! Jeff would love to give The Traitors USA<\/a><\/strong> a shot.<\/p>\n Honestly, it\u2019s a match made in heaven! The Traitors show has always put together a unique and unconventional cast<\/a>. Why not throw in the Survivor host and see if he can survive the games?<\/p>\n Gayle King caught up with the host and TV producer at the Emmys. They exchanged stories about Survivor, and then Gayle asked him a question.<\/p>\n \u201cOther than Survivor, which one of all the other shows do you think you could win?\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cOh, could win?\u201d Jeff clarified. \u201cI\u2019ve never thought of that question before.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYes, that you could win as a contestant,\u201d Gayle clarified.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019d like to give Traitors a shot,\u201d Jeff answered. \u201cI like the duplicity. It\u2019s so fun. It\u2019s what\u2019s fun about Survivor. The rules are you can lie (except to the producers<\/a>), cheat, do whatever you want.\u201d He paused and added, \u201cWhat are you willing to do? That\u2019s the question. So I like that. I like the social manipulation.\u201d<\/p>\n It would make sense that Jeff would feel an affinity for Traitors after years of watching hundreds of contestants do whatever it takes to win.<\/p>\n \u201cSo is Jeff Probst a duplicitous person?\u201d Gayle followed up.<\/p>\n \u201cDepending on the situation and the context,\u201d he answered with the aplomb of a seasoned TV veteran. \u201cAbsolutely!\u201d Jeff went on to explain to Gayle that they would make a great team because no one would see it coming. He even shared with her how they could fool the other players.<\/p>\n \u201cSo you already know how to do this?\u201d Gayle asked, surprised.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been in Hollywood a while,\u201d Jeff answered with a laugh. Honestly, he would make an excellent and formidable contestant. And he wouldn\u2019t even have to eat parasites<\/a> to play the game!<\/p>\n Alan Cumming<\/a>, are you listening? Make it happen!
