Just days after songwriter Bobby Hart’s<\/strong> death at age 86<\/a>, Micky Dolenz<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 the last surviving member of The Monkees<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 shared a new tribute<\/a> that struck a chord with fans.<\/p>\n The video features a vintage clip of The Monkees<\/em> TV show with “(I’m Not Your) Steppin’ Stone” playing over it. Dolenz paired it with a heartfelt caption remembering Hart’s enduring impact<\/a> on the band.<\/p>\n “Still thinking about Bobby Hart,” Dolenz wrote. “He and Tommy gave us so many classics, and ‘(I’m Not Your) Steppin’ Stone’ was one of the first that really rocked on stage.
