After rumors running rampant this week, it has been officially announced by Disney Branded Television that Camp Rock 3 has been greenlit at Disney+<\/a> and Disney Channel.<\/p>\n The third film in the television franchise, which comes over 15 years after the first film, will see Joe, Nick and Kevin Jones reprise their roles. The Jonases will also produce with Demi Lovato<\/a>, who is not set to return in front of the camera for this one.<\/p>\n The project commenced production this week in Vancouver. Joe, Nick and Kevin reprise their roles as Shane, Nate and Jason Gray, and Maria Canals-Barrera is also reprising her role as Connie.<\/p>\n The new cast joining the film includes Liamani Segura as Sage, Malachi Barton as Fletch, Lumi Pollack as Rosie, Hudson Stone as Desi, Casey Trotter as Cliff, Brooklynn Pitts as Callie and Ava Jean as Madison. Sherry Cola will also star in the film as Lark.<\/p>\n Veronica Rodriguez will direct the film from a script written by Eydie Faye.
