Just three months after rock \u2019n\u2019 roll legend Ozzy Osbourne died at age 76<\/a>, a new documentary will shed light on his final days.<\/p>\n Paramount+ released a trailer<\/a> Wednesday for a new documentary film following the life of Osbourne, who died from a heart attack July 22. The film, \u201cOzzy: No Escape From Now,\u201d was initially announced<\/u><\/a> in February on his official site.<\/p>\n \u201cThe last six years have been full of some of the worst times I\u2019ve been through. There\u2019s been times when I thought my number was up,\u201d Osbourne previously said of his career. \u201cBut making music and making two albums saved me. I\u2019d have gone nuts without music.\u201d<\/p>\n The press release describes the film as a \u201cwarm and deeply personal portrait\u201d of Osbourne and how his world \u201cshuddered to a halt\u201d six years ago upon receiving his Parkinson\u2019s diagnosis<\/a> in 2019. Notably, it is said to depict the lead-up to the 76-year-old\u2019s final farewell show, \u201cBack to the Beginning,\u201d at Villa Park on July 5.<\/p>\n Directed by BAFTA winner Tania Alexander and produced by Echo Velvet, the film also includes commentary from an array of Osbourne\u2019s closest family and friends.<\/p>\n \u201cOzzy\u2019s one regret is that he never really got to say goodbye to his fans,\u201d his wife Sharon Osbourne says in the trailer.<\/p>\n Later, she poses a question to her husband: \u201cWhat do you think of a big farewell show?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIf I\u2019m gonna go up there, I wanna be up there the old Ozzy singing,\u201d he replies.<\/p>\n The film is not the only tribute to Osbourne, as a special performance<\/u><\/a> at the 2025 VMAs was dedicated to the Black Sabbath frontman.<\/p>\n
