Samia \u2013 \u2018Cinder Block\u2019<\/h3>\n

Samia has shared a new track, \u2018Cinder Block\u2019, which builds off the world of her latest album Bloodless<\/em> but remains relatively spare. \u201cThis one\u2019s sort of an extension of Bloodless<\/em> \u2014 took most of it from poems and wanted it to feel like treading water,\u201d Samia explained. \u201cWas listening to a lot of Leonard Cohen and the Theory of Forms<\/em> reference in \u2018Suzanne\u2019 felt pertinent \u2014 then it just became a recurring bit in the song to quote him. Jack Sparrow\u2019s compass only points to what the person holding it wants the most.<\/p>\n
