Relatable is not a descriptor typically applied to Gwyneth Paltrow, but her latest Instagram<\/a> seems to be striking that chord among her followers.<\/p>\n

On September 18, Paltrow<\/a> shared a photo dump<\/a> of moments from New York Fashion Week, from sitting front row at fashion shows, grabbing martinis at Polo Bar, spotting her own Goop Beauty and collagen Matcha ads in the wild, all while documenting the soft launch of her new quiet luxury fashion brand, GWYN (heir apparent to Goop’s G. Label<\/a>). You might be wondering, what’s so relatable about that? Well, she’s a woman in her 50s who put her face on the internet.<\/p>\n

Let me explain. In the post’s first photo, which you can see here<\/a>, the 52-year-old mogul holds up a campaign image from her new line of capsule wardrobe staples, but much of the comment section is focused on her face\u2014namely her apparent lack of botox and fillers. \u201cThe first photo is so refreshing and real,\u201d one commenter wrote, receiving over 200 likes, to which another responded, \u201cAgreed! I hope more celebrities [realize] we are sick of curated images. Real sells for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another wrote, \u201cOkay, I am VERY into this frown and normal lady face lines. No knock on injections, but (as an aging Gen Xer myself) seeing a grown woman\u2019s face with its earned gravitas is a MOOD \ud83d\udd25.\u201d<\/p>\n

And another comment: \u201cWow never get to see a real Furrowed Brow anymore !!! Gotta love it \ud83d\ude0d [Thanks] Gwyn \ud83d\udc4f\u201d<\/p>\n

And another: \u201cLove that you\u2019re happy to post a normal photo of yourself in all your age appropriate beauty. So sick of ridiculous unrealistic expectations of aging. Women can be beautiful at any age, wrinkles, grey hair and all. I see some beautiful elderly ladies in my town, 80\u2019s and beyond, who dress well, have well cut hair, hold themselves with dignity, and look absolutely gorgeous.\u201d<\/p>\n
