Jimmy Fallon<\/a> got slightly political on his late night show Thursday as he addressed the suspension of fellow late night host Jimmy Kimmel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell guys, the big story is that Jimmy Kimmel was suspended by ABC after pressure from the FCC<\/a> leaving everyone thinking, \u2018Wtf,\u2019\u201d Fallon<\/a> joked, before turning serious. \u201cBut to be honest with you all, I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on \u2014 no one does. But I do know Jimmy Kimmel, and he is a decent, funny, and loving guy. And I hope he comes back,\u201d Fallon said on the show Thursday.<\/p>\n

Fallon then said he would perform his monologue \u201cjust like I normally would,\u201d but whenever the punchlines of his jokes involved President Donald Trump<\/a>, an announcer stepped in to censor them.<\/p>\n
