Just one day after Cardi B <\/b>announced she\u2019s expecting a child with Stefon Diggs<\/b><\/a>, 31, news broke that the NFL star is dealing with a paternity drama.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Page Six<\/i><\/a>, Fashionnova ambassador Aileen Lopera <\/b>filed a paternity suit in December 2024 claiming the New England Patriots wide receiver is the father of her 5-month-old daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.<\/b><\/p>\n

The papers also reportedly show that Lopera \u2014 who goes by Lord Gisselle on social media \u2014 is requesting full legal and physical custody of the child, with Diggs receiving only visitation rights. She also asked the courts to order Diggs to pay her pregnancy expenses, birth costs and attorney fees.<\/p>\n

Diggs responded to the lawsuit in July, per Page Six<\/i>, stating in legal documents that he was \u201cnot certain\u201d if he fathered Charliee, who was born on April 2. The athlete requested genetic testing to determine paternity.<\/p>\n

As Star <\/i>previously reported<\/a> on Wednesday, September 17, Cardi, 32, confirmed on CBS Mornings<\/i> that she\u2019s pregnant with Diggs\u2019 child. \u201cI\u2019m having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs,\u201d she told Gayle King<\/b>, adding she\u2019s due before her Little Miss Drama<\/i> tour kicks off in February 2026.<\/p>\n

The Grammy winner also gushed about feeling supported by Diggs, who recently spoiled her with a $73,000 Patek Philippe watch. \u201cHe just makes me feel safe and very confident,\u201d Cardi said. \u201cAnd it makes you feel like you could take over the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Page Six<\/em>, if genetic tests confirm Diggs is Charliee\u2019s father, he wants joint legal and physical custody, plus shared responsibility for pregnancy and legal expenses.<\/p>\n

Cardi shares three children \u2014 Kulture<\/b>, 7, Wave<\/b>, 4, and Blossom<\/b>, 12 months \u2014 with estranged husband Offset<\/b>, 33, whom she filed for divorced from last year. Diggs also has an 8-year-old daughter, Nova<\/b>, from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n
