Lopera\u2019s lawyer confirmed that the woman seen with Diggs was not her client.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can confirm that is not my client in the video and no car seat has been provided to her,\u201d Lopera\u2019s attorney, Tamar Arminak, told Page Six on Sept. 19.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs finally meets, acknowledges and provides for the infant daughter they share,\u201d the attorney added.
