Cardi B<\/a> broke down that viral lyric about Matthew McConaughey<\/a> right to his face.<\/p>\n While guest hosting on Today with Jenna & Friends on Tuesday (Sept. 16), the rapper had the opportunity to talk to the Oscar winner about her verse she laid down for GloRilla<\/a> and Megan Thee Stallion<\/a>\u2019s \u201cWanna Be\u201d remix.<\/p>\n On the remix, released last May, Cardi raps, “I pop s**t ’til a n****a gotta block me \/ And my toes white like Matthew McConaughey.” However, she opted to change the pronunciation to fit the rhyme scheme.<\/p>\n As seen in the video above, McConaughey, seated alongside Jenna Bush Hager, jumped right in with a grin, saying, \u201cYeah, \u2018white toes!\u2019 Talk to me.\u201d<\/p>\n COMPLEX SHOP:<\/b> Shop the brands you love, anytime and anywhere. I was like, \u2018Oh, fine white men. White toes, Matthew McConaughey.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The only hiccup, she admitted, was rhyming his name.<\/p>\n \u201cBut I say your last name wrong because I had to rhyme it,\u201d she said, while stumbling over her words. \u201cMahkani, But I couldn\u2019t say, it just was\u2014 it just wouldn\u2019t fit. He a poet, he knows about it.
