New Jersey pop star Halsey<\/a> was very candid in a recent interview, claiming her record label is preventing her from releasing a new album due to the lackluster sales of her last record. The Edison native and Warren Hills High School grad is currently signed to Columbia Records. <\/p>\n

In an interview with Apple Music\u2019s Zane Lowe<\/a> that aired Thursday, the singer said her 2024 album \u201cThe Great Impersonator,\u201d \u2014 a concept album largely detailing her recent health struggles with lupus and T cell disorder, among other chronic ailments \u2014 \u201cdidn\u2019t perform the way they wanted it to.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
