Brad Everett Young, an actor who appeared in \u2018Grey\u2019s Anatomy\u2019 and later became a celebrity photographer, died Monday from injuries sustained in a car crash in Los Angeles. He was 46.<\/p>\n
According to USA Today<\/a>, the accident took place Sunday, Sept. 14 on the 134 Freeway when Young\u2019s vehicle was hit by a car driving the wrong direction, said Young\u2019s publicist Paul Christensen. <\/p>\n A Virginia native, Young\u2019s Hollywood career started in the 1990s. He starred in roles in TV such as \u201cBoy Meets World,\u201d \u201cCharmed,\u201d \u201cNumb3rs\u201d and \u201cFelicity.\u201d He appeared in films such as \u201cCharlie\u2019s Angels\u201d and \u201cJurassic Park II.\u201d <\/p>\n More recently, Young took up celebrity photography with features in Vanity Fair, People, Vogue, Elle, Harper\u2019s Bazaar magazines to name a few. His photography portfolio included celebrities such as David Harbour and Harvey Guill\u00e9n, according to The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>.<\/p>\n Beyond his work in entertainment, Young founded Dream Loud Official<\/a>, a grassroots project dedicated to restore and preserve school art programs nationwide. He wanted to inspire students, teachers, and artists through the initiative, says his publicist. <\/p>\n \u201cBrad\u2019s passion for both the arts and the people behind them was unmatched,\u201d Christensen said in a statement. \u201cHe lived his mission of keeping creativity alive, and his legacy will continue through Dream Loud Official.\u201d<\/p>\n According to The Hollywood Reporter, Young is survived by his brother.
