Angela Simmons<\/a> rang in her 38th birthday in Miami this week, marking the milestone as a newly single woman after her high-profile breakup with rapper Yo Gotti earlier this summer<\/a>.<\/p>\n The celebration kicked off in true Miami fashion with a yacht party on the Miami River. Speaking on Angie Martinez\u2019s IRL<\/em> Podcast<\/a> earlier this summer, Simmons explained that while the decision was difficult, she was entering a new chapter of growth. \u201cNo, I\u2019m not with him,\u201d she said. \u201cNot by choice, but I respect him.
