Bobby Berk<\/strong><\/a> was hand-picked to host HGTV’s Junk or Jackpot? by executive producer John Cena<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n “My new project is for HGTV and HBO Max, it is called Junk or Jackpot? It was through the mind of the genius John Cena,” Berk, 44, exclusively told Us Weekly at the BAFTA TV Tea event this month. “He was out at dinner one night talking with friends about these crazy collections of wrestling memorabilia.”<\/p>\n Berk added: “He’s like, ‘I need to develop this.’ So he did and he asked me to host it. It’s been a lot of fun. People often wonder if their collections are trash or treasure, and this show will help them find out.\u201d<\/p>\n Berk, whose new project comes two years after his departure from Netflix\u2019s Queer Eye<\/a>, told Us there\u2019s “an emotional component” to Junk or Jackpost? that might surprise viewers<\/p>\n Will Ontiveros<\/span><\/p>\n “This project is all about not just design. \u2026 People have these amazing collections that they’ve collected over the years but they have taken over their lives,” he explained. “It is either causing problems with their personal relationships or just their relationship with themselves.
