In August, LVCVA President Steve Hill said \u201cVegas is still a value,\u201d adding that he believed the dip in tourism was temporary and that a strong December was expected in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The campaign from Caesars targets Las Vegas locals, with its website stating, \u201cYou live in the most electrifying city on Earth\u2014why not enjoy it like a VIP?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to the news release, guests must show a valid Nevada ID to receive the discounts and free parking.
