Go, girl.\u201d<\/p>\n This Morning host\u2019s health wake-up call came after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic, a condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not yet high enough for a diabetes diagnosis.<\/p>\n At her heaviest, Hammond reportedly weighed 392 pounds, but she decided to take control of her health through balanced eating and a personalized fitness routine<\/a>.<\/p>\n In an interview with Heat<\/a>, she shared, \u201cI’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing, she trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk. But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week.\u201d<\/p>\n Instead of following a restrictive diet<\/a> or cutting out entire food groups, Hammond embraced mindful \u201cmoderation.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI don’t deny myself anything, I eat everything, but in moderation,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n Although some celebrities have turned to weight-loss injections like Ozempic<\/a> or Wegovy<\/a>, Hammond opted out.
