KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Chiefs rookie wide receiver Jalen Royals will make his official NFL debut on Sunday night in prime time against the New York Giants. <\/p>\n

The fourth-round draft pick missed the first two games of the season with a knee injury, but was not listed among the inactives ahead of Sunday night\u2019s matchup. <\/p>\n

The Chiefs are 0-2 to start the season for the first time since 2014. They\u2019re hoping to avoid an 0-3 start for the first time since 2011. <\/p>\n

Royals\u2019 return would give a boost to a depleted wide receiver room, with Rashee Rice suspended for the first six games of the season and Xavier Worthy ruled out once again with a shoulder injury suffered in week one. <\/p>\n
