Tom Holland<\/a> suffered an injury on the U.K. set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day<\/a> on Friday, The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> has confirmed.<\/p>\n

Insiders described the injury as a mild concussion, and say Holland<\/a> will be taking a break from filming for several days. Sony<\/a>, which is behind the movie, will meet on Monday to decide how to move forward with the production. Nobody else is said to have been injured.<\/p>\n

Spider-Man: Brand New Day<\/a> is perhaps the most important movie on Sony\u2019s upcoming slate. The previous film, 2021\u2019s Spider-Man: No Way Home<\/a>, stands as the studio\u2019s highest grossing movie of all time with $1.91 billion in ticket sales. The previous movie, Far From Home<\/a>, became the first Spidey movie to top $1 billion, and was just Sony\u2019s second, after James Bond pic Skyfall<\/a>.<\/p>\n
