The countdown is fully underway, with Taylor Swift\u2019s new album, \u2018The Life of a Showgirl<\/strong><\/a>\u2019, hitting shelves on 3 October.<\/p>\n The pop superstar has already broken Spotify records, with her twelfth album becoming the most pre-saved album Countdown Page in the platform\u2019s history<\/strong><\/a>, and there are persistent rumours that she may be headlining next year\u2019s Super Bowl Halftime Show<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 following her internet-shattering engagement to Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n Not wishing to be out the headlines for a single second in the lead-up to the album, which already follows her zeitgeist-dominating Eras Tour last year<\/strong><\/a>, Swift has announced a massive release party for \u2018The Life of a Showgirl\u2019…<\/p>\n Indeed, she\u2019ll be bringing the album to the big screen with an 89-minute event, titled\u00a0Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl,\u00a0which will run from the Friday release day to Sunday 5 October. This follows Swift’s Eras Tour concert film<\/strong><\/a>, which broke records when it hit cinemas.<\/p>\n The \u201cparty\u201d will see the premiere of the first music video from the album for \u2018The Fate of Ophelia\u2019, as well as behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot, lyric videos for other songs on the album and Swift\u2019s \u201cnever-before-seen personal reflections\u201d about those new songs.<\/p>\n European fans\u00a0will be able to attend as the programme will not be limited to the US. Countries including the UK, France, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark will be treated to the cinematic event \u2013 with tickets going on sale tomorrow.<\/p>\n Sharing the news on Instagram, Swift wrote that \u201cdancing is optional but very much encouraged.\u201d<\/p>\n Related<\/b><\/p>\n As if that wasn\u2019t enough, it has now been announced that the TayTay domination is also hitting the airwaves, as US Swifties will be able to listen to her music 24\/7 on her own dedicated, round-the-clock radio station.<\/p>\n For the next few weeks, SiriusXM are providing \u2018Taylor\u2019s Channel 13\u2019, which will play Swift tracks non-stop.<\/p>\n The station launched on Saturday and will \u201cshowcase every era of her music\u201d, according to SiriusXM.
