The suit continued, \u201cIt was immediately apparent that Michael was suffering from a medical emergency. Michael\u2019s friends immediately started yelling out for help. [They] quickly moved the table back and away to get Michael on the floor \u2014\u00a0signaling distress that should have prompted immediate intervention.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\nThen, \u201cOver the course of the next several minutes, multiple employees of ARIA and\/or JAVIER\u2019S approached the scene of the incident and saw Michael exhibiting obvious signs of a medical emergency.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\nThe suit alleged that those employees \u201cstood by, took no immediate lifesaving action, and failed to initiate or support efforts that could have saved Michael\u2019s life.\u201d They \u201cfailed to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in a timely manner,\u201d the complaint continued, stating that a woman began performing CPR on Heslin and was \u201cforcefully removed\u201d from doing so by an employee \u2014 \u201dpreventing her from continuing compressions on Michael and interrupting this lifesaving measure.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\nDynamo accused the defendants of failing to \u201ckeep a stock and inventory of emergency response equipment\u201d and \u201cactivate a known and expected emergency response protocol, including summoning trained personnel or securing and deploying an automated external defibrillator (AED), which was believed to be available on site.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\nThank You!<\/h3>\n
