eye was allegedly arrested at Travis Kelce\u2019s Kansas home while attempting to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers on behalf of Justin Baldoni\u2019s lawyers.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/starmagazine.com\/man-delivering-taylor-swift-deposition-papers-for-justin-baldoni-lawsuit-arrested-at-travis-kelces-home-exclusive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">According to Star<\/a>, Justin Lee Fisher was \u201ccharged with jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Leawood Police Department confirmed to Page Six Monday that a man was arrested for trespassing in Kelce\u2019s neighborhood on Sept. 15, though they would not confirm his identity.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re told officers were dispatched to a private gated neighborhood shortly after 2 a.m. and the man was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing.<\/p>\n<p>He was released after posting bond.<\/p>\n<figure my job and possibly losing my [private eye] license.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fisher, nor reps for Swift, Kelce and Baldoni responded to our requests for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Two days before the arrest, the judge overseeing Baldoni\u2019s ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively denied a request from the actor\u2019s legal team for an extension to depose Swift.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe only justification they have provided for the extension is their assertion that Swift\u2019s pre-existing professional obligations now prevent her from appearing for a deposition prior to October 20, 2025,\u201d Judge Lewis Liman wrote in a court ruling <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2025\/09\/12\/entertainment\/taylor-swift-blake-lively-justin-baldoni\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obtained by celebrity.land.<\/a><\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Star reports that the man arrested was a former cop turned private eye named Justin Lee Fisher, who was attempting to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers from Justin Baldoni\u2019s legal team amid the actor\u2019s legal battle with Blake Lively. <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/08\/08\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-scores-major-legal-victory-in-justin-baldoni-case-after-deposition\/\">ongoing legal battle against Lively<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The document claimed the singer \u201cagreed\u201d to be deposed as long as the judge extended the deadline for her testimony to take place.<\/p>\n<p>Swift\u2019s
